PLEASE NOTE: Any replacements are permanent and can only be undone by doing another find/replace. If you are not sure what you are doing, please back up your data (usually outlook.pst) before using this program.
This is the main window:
On the left hand side, you can see a "treeview" of your Personal folders in Outlook
1. Tick the folder you want to search by clicking it. Any folders beneath it will automatically be included. Business users may wish to tick the box to "Include MS Exchange Public Folders", in which case the treeview will be re-drawn to include these.
2. Choose what type of Outlook items you wish to search on.
3. Enter the word or phrase you are searching for.
4. If you don't want Outlook to prompt you with a "A program is trying to access your Address Book" (or similar) warnings, tick the box "Automatically over-ride the Outlook Security warning". A small program called Clickyes (courtesy of Context Magic) will appear in your taskbar.
5. Click the Find button.
