If you are experiencing problems:

• If you get out of memory errors, try splitting a folder into 2 or more sub-folders.
  
  
• Try compacting your .pst: In Outlook, show the treeview of folders by clicking the down arrow next to the folder title, click the pushpin. Scroll up until you see the top level. Right click on the "Personal Folders" title. Select Properties. Click the Advanced button. Click the Compact Now button.
