Tidy Up Contacts                  

• Remove any accidental double-spaces
• Proper case - capitalizing the first letter of each word in name and address fields

Run the program from the Windows Start Menu. You will see the main screen:

This shows the list of your Outlook folders. If you wish to include MS Exchange Public folders, tick the box.

Select the folders you want to work with, a tick will appear in the box alongside each folder name. If you tick a folder that contains sub-folders, they will be ticked also, but you can untick individual ones if you wish.

Using the Tidy-Up options, specify what you want to happen.

Click the Start Button. Progress of the operation will be shown in the Log. The caption of the Start button will change to "Stop" - you can click this anytime to stop the current operation.
